Again, related to this low carb business, we recently acquired a "Veggetti." It's a shredder/grater type device specifically designed to cut veggies into noodle shape as a low-to-no carb alternative to regular pasta. We've used it a couple of times since this picture was taken, and it's pretty good. It even came with some sauce recipes in a little book, which we have also tried and approved. The peanut sauce is especially good. It doesn't cost much and it's easy to use, so I'd definitely recommend it.
